I am Chaplain Scott Gaddis and I would like to thank you for your interest in 16:3 Ministries. 16:3 Ministries was only an idea nearly 10 years ago. Through personal experience, it was realized that there was a need to minister to those incarcerated and the homeless. Through charitable actions, we are spreading the love of Christ to the homeless who may have given up on hope. We provide basic essentials to bring comfort to those people. Something as simple as toothpaste is a blessing. The need is great due to the number of people who are homeless.
